A workshop for assessing and reviewing the environmental impact study of the marine pipelines project (4, 5) was held at the headquarters of the Marine and Environmental Consulting Bureau of the Marine Science Center/ University of Basra. The workshop was attended by the head of the Consulting Bureau (General Director of the Marine Science Center), the Director and members of the Consulting Bureau, And the technical staff from the Health, Safety and Environment Authority of the Basrah Oil Company to discuss the inquiries of the Environmental Impact Assessment and Land Use Section of the Technical Department of the Ministry of Health/ Environment To evaluate and review the above study. The answers for all inquiries were stated which were agreed by both sides.
